Terence Blacker (born February 5, 1948 near Hadleigh, Suffolk) is a British author who writes youngsters's books also when mysteries for adults & the each week column for The Independent newspaper.
He is the boy of General Sir Cecil Blacker and the brother of sculptor Philip Blacker.
